Active Suspension Comparison

This model examines the stability control of a vehicle suspension system, and can be used to simulate road conditions, perform fatigue tests, and test suspension performance. It demonstrates how the damping coefficient of the suspension can be controlled to minimize the roll of a vehicle subjected to increasing side forces.  The double-wishbone suspension allows for independent front and rear response. The model supports independent control of four posts via drive positions.

In the animation, the green car has the stability control and the red car is without stability control.
