 IsPositionVector
determines if its argument is a position Vector

 Calling Sequence IsPositionVector(v)

Examples

 > $\mathrm{with}\left(\mathrm{VectorCalculus}\right):$
 > $v≔\mathrm{PositionVector}\left(\left[a,b\right]\right)$
 ${v}{≔}\left[\begin{array}{c}{a}\\ {b}\end{array}\right]$ (1)
 > $\mathrm{IsPositionVector}\left(v\right)$
 ${\mathrm{true}}$ (2)
