You can work in print layout mode, which shows the worksheet exactly as it appear for printing.

The print layout mode reflects the margins set in page setup.

By seeing the page boundaries, it is easy to resize tables, rearrange contents, and so on to get your desired print layout.  When you print or export to PDF, it will reflect what you see in this mode.

On the ribbon, from the View tab, click Print Layout ( ).

If needed you can exit out of print layout mode by clicking Print Layout again.

Note: Zooming is disabled in print layout mode.  Turn off print layout mode to get the zoom functionality.
