MmaTranslator[Mma]

 FromDate
 convert a date to number of seconds since January 1, 1900

Parameters

 arguments - Maple translation of the Mathematica command arguments

Description

 • The FromDate command converts a date in year, month, day, hour, minute, second format to number of seconds since January 1, 1900.

Examples

 > $\mathrm{with}\left(\mathrm{MmaTranslator}\left[\mathrm{Mma}\right]\right):$

Use the command with the Maple translation.

 > $\mathrm{FromDate}\left(\left[2004,1,1,0,0,0\right]\right)$
 ${3.281920223}{×}{{10}}^{{9}}{}⟦{s}⟧$ (1)

Alternatively, you can use the FromMma command with the evaluate option specified.

 > $\mathrm{with}\left(\mathrm{MmaTranslator}\right):$
 > $\mathrm{FromMma}\left(\mathrm{FromDate\left[\left\{2004, 1, 1, 0, 0, 0\right\}\right]},\mathrm{evaluate}\right)$
