The AppendToCanvas command appends new elements to the end of an existing XML canvas string in order to create a new canvas with merged content.

$\mathrm{cv}≔\mathrm{NewCanvas}\left(\left[''Part\; 1''\,\sqrt{x}\right]\right)\:$

$\mathrm{cv2}≔\mathrm{AppendToCanvas}\left(\mathrm{cv}\,\left[''Part\; 2''\,\ln \left(y\right)\right]\right)\:$

$\mathrm{ShowCanvas}\left(\mathrm{cv2}\right)$

$\mathrm{ShareCanvas}\left(\mathrm{cv2}\right)$

The DocumentTools[Canvas][AppendToCanvas] command was introduced in Maple 2021.
