Ramped Rheostat

Rheostat with linearly decreasing resistance

 Description The Ramped Rheostat component models a rRamped rheostat, used for starting asynchronous induction motors with slip-ring rotor. The external rotor resistance ${R}_{\mathrm{start}}$ is reduced to zero, starting at time ${t}_{\mathrm{start}}$ with a linear ramp time of ${t}_{\mathrm{ramp}}$.
