Polynomial voltage-controlled voltage source

 Description The E_VCV_POLY component models a polynomial voltage-controlled voltage source. See poly for a description of the polynomial.
 Equations ${\mathrm{control}}_{k}={v}_{{\mathrm{pc}}_{2k-1}}-{v}_{{\mathrm{pc}}_{2k}}$ ${i}_{{\mathrm{pc}}_{k}}=0$ ${i}_{p}+{i}_{n}=0$ ${v}_{p}-{v}_{n}=\mathrm{poly}\left(\mathrm{control},\mathrm{coeff}\right)$
