A history of the viewed Help page is maintained.  You can access the history in one of several ways.

Click the Back and Forward icons in the Help Toolbar.

In the Help navigator, from the View menu, select Back or Forward.

Note that you can only go forward in the history after you have gone back.

From the History menu, select one of the help page filenames listed.
