This work was initiated while the first author was visiting the Department of Mathematics of the University of Aveiro, Portugal, from June 5 to June 12, 2006, and then continued during two more visits of the first author to the University of Aveiro: January 4 to January 18, 2007; and from May 1 to May 10, 2007.
