Active Limited Slip Differential
Active Limited Slip Differential component
The Active Limited Slip Differential is a type of active differential that incorporates a clutch that, once activated, connects the crown/carrier to one of the output shafts (the left shaft is used here). As a result of the activation of the clutch, torque is transferred from the faster side (left/right wheel) to the slower side (right/left wheel).
This component is constructed using a Differential Gear gear and a Clutch as shown in the diagram below.
