Import Data into a Spreadsheet
Data can be imported into a Maple spreadsheet from a file of one of three formats: Matlab, Matrix Market, or Tab Delimited.
Select the Maple spreadsheet cell, or cells, into which you want to import the data.
From the Spreadsheet menu, select Import Data, and then the format of the data file. The Import Matrix dialog opens.
Enter or select the name of the file to be imported, and click OK.
- If you selected one cell in step 1, the entire contents of the file are imported.
- If you selected several cells, the import places data into the selected region. This could result in truncation if there is more data in the file being imported.
